Under Pressure Wash Co provides professional exterior cleaning services in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and surrounding areas. Our services may include, but are not limited to, roof washing (soft wash), house washing (soft wash), gutter cleaning and brightening, driveway and concrete cleaning, patios and walkways cleaning, and new construction cleanup for residential and commercial properties.
All services are subject to site conditions, surface conditions, access, water availability, crew availability, scheduling constraints, weather, local regulations, and any additional requirements discussed with you before service begins. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule any service if conditions are unsafe, impractical, or outside our normal scope of work.
3. Estimates & Pricing
Any estimate we provide is based on the information available at the time, including photos, site details, and information you share with us. Estimates are typically provided in writing and outline the expected scope of work and pricing to the best of our knowledge at that time.
Pricing may change if we discover unforeseen conditions or if the scope of work changes. Examples include heavy buildup, surface damage, access limitations, water supply issues, unexpected staining, added areas requested by you, or other site conditions not apparent at the time of quoting. We will communicate any significant changes in scope or price and request your approval before proceeding when reasonably possible.
No estimate is considered final or binding until it is agreed to in writing by both you and Under Pressure Wash Co, such as by signing a proposal, accepting an invoice, or digital acceptance (including text or email confirmation). We reserve the right to correct obvious errors in pricing or descriptions in our estimates or website materials.
4. Scheduling & Project Timelines
We will work with you to schedule your service on dates that are practical for both you and our team. Any timeline we provide is an estimate only and may change based on factors such as weather, extreme temperatures, rain, access, equipment issues, staffing, job duration, and availability.
While we do our best to meet agreed-upon timelines, delays can occur that are outside our control. Under Pressure Wash Co is not liable for any indirect costs or damages you may incur due to scheduling changes or delays, such as time off work, rental costs, or scheduling of other contractors. If a delay occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate with you and reschedule the service as soon as practical.
5. Payments
Payment terms will be described in your estimate, proposal, or work agreement. In many cases, payment is due upon completion of the service, unless otherwise stated in writing. By authorizing us to begin work, you agree to the payment terms described in your agreement for that specific service.
We may accept common payment methods such as cash, check, credit or debit card, bank transfer, or other options made available at the time of service. Some payment methods may include processing fees, which will be disclosed when applicable. All payments must be made in U.S. dollars unless otherwise agreed in writing.
If payment is not made as agreed, we may pause work, refuse to schedule additional services, charge late fees where permitted by law, and pursue collection or legal remedies. You are responsible for any reasonable costs of collection, including attorney’s fees, to the extent permitted by law.
6. Customer Responsibilities
To help your service go smoothly and safely, you agree to provide Under Pressure Wash Co and its team with reasonable access to the property, including work areas and necessary utilities such as water, unless otherwise arranged. You agree to remove or protect personal property, vehicles, landscaping, outdoor furniture, décor, or other items that could be affected by the service, where practical.
You are responsible for providing accurate information about any known issues that may affect the service, such as fragile surfaces, pre-existing damage, access limitations, pets, sprinkler schedules, HOA rules, or any other site conditions. Unless we specifically agree in writing to obtain approvals on your behalf, you are responsible for securing any required approvals or HOA authorizations before service begins.
7. Concrete Characteristics & Expectations
Exterior cleaning results can vary depending on the surface type, age, condition, and the kind of staining or buildup present. While we use professional methods and aim for premium results, some stains (such as deep rust, oxidation, old oil stains, or long-term discoloration) may not fully remove.
Some surfaces may show uneven appearance after cleaning due to pre-existing wear, sun fading, prior chemical use, surface deterioration, or differences in material porosity. Cleaning reveals the true condition of the surface and may make pre-existing flaws more noticeable.
Proper care after service, including routine maintenance and addressing sources of recurring buildup (such as shade, irrigation overspray, and organic growth), can help results last longer. We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, extreme weather, or conditions beyond our control after the service is completed.
8. Warranties & Repairs
Under Pressure Wash Co stands behind the workmanship of our exterior cleaning services. If you believe there is a workmanship issue with your service, you agree to notify us in writing within a reasonable time after noticing the problem so that we can review the concern. We may request photos, documentation, or an on-site inspection to evaluate the issue.
Any specific warranties, durations, or rework commitments for your service will be described, if applicable, in your written agreement or service documentation. Those written terms, if provided, will control over any general statements on this website. Normal wear and tear, pre-existing damage, staining that cannot be fully removed, improper maintenance, misuse, or damage caused by third parties or site conditions are not covered by workmanship guarantees.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Under Pressure Wash Co and its owners, employees, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our website or services. This includes, without limitation, loss of use, loss of time, inconvenience, loss of income, or other similar damages, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Where our liability cannot be legally excluded, it is limited to the lesser of: (a) the amount you actually paid to Under Pressure Wash Co for the specific service giving rise to the claim, or (b) the minimum amount required by applicable law.
